The legend says, that if Strzelecki didn’t fall in love with a lady, that rejected and broke his heart, none of his achievements would ever happened.
He wouldn't have travelled to all continents except for Antarctica in 1834-1843, he also wouldn't have become an explorer, geologist, humanitarian, environmentalist, nobleman, scientist, businesman and philantropist.
And last and foremost, he wouldn't have saved at least 200,000 people in Ireland during Great Famine, while the rest of the world was looking away.
